Dillard Rebounds with USMTS Victory at Scotland County Speedway
Leads Flag-to-Flag for $3,000 Jon Fuller Memorial Triumph
ROBELINE, La. (April 27, 2026) — Cade Dillard bounced back in a big way Saturday night, racing to a $3,000 United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) victory at Scotland County Speedway.
The Robeline, Louisiana native rebounded from a heartbreaking flat tire while leading Friday’s opener to deliver a flag-to-flag performance in the Jon Fuller Memorial finale, securing his sixth win of the season.
“Feels good to get a win after last night’s heartbreaker,” Dillard said. “Hats off to my crew for all their hard work this weekend. Last night was a bummer, but we stuck it out and picked up the win. Our CDR Racecars car was really good all night against a tough USMTS field. Thanks to each and every person who makes this possible.”
Dillard’s weekend took him north to Missouri’s Scotland County Speedway for the two-day Jon Fuller Memorial. He opened the event with a heat race victory on Friday and appeared poised for the win before a shredded right-rear tire ended his night while leading.
He returned Saturday with a statement performance, leading every lap of the feature and pulling away to a convincing victory by more than five seconds over Friday winner Tanner Mullens.
