Dillard rounds out Top-5 in Cotton Pickin' at Magnolia Motor Speedway
Cade Dillard unloaded his CDR No. 97 machine at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Miss.) among a field of 42 Super Late Models to kick off the two-day Cotton Pickin' with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series on Friday night.
Kicking off the weekend with qualifying and time trials, Dillard qualified fourth-fastest in his group and picked up a heat race win which slated him for the second-row in Saturday's finale. In the 60-lap, $20,000-to-win main event, Cade fell back early before rebounding to finish fifth.
