Cade Dillard runner-up in Red White & Blue Nationals with USMTS
For the first time since July, Cade Dillard unloaded his No. 97 CDR Modified at Tri-State Speedway (Pocola, Okla.) on Thursday afternoon for the Red White & Blue Nationals with the United States Modified Touring Series.
Dillard opened up the weekend with a seventh-place outing in the 30-lap opener before landing on the podium on Friday evening. Cade picked up a heat race win and started from the second-row before finishing third behind Tanner Mullens and Jim Chisholm.
With $20,000 on the line in Saturday's finale, Cade earned a seventh-place starting spot and charged forward to finish second in the 50-lap main event. Dillard trailed Tyler Wolff while Kyle Brown completed the podium.
