Top 5 Finish with World of Outlaws at Duck River Raceway Park

Cade Dillard returned with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series on Friday evening at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tennessee) for the $10,000 top prize. In a field of 33 cars, Dillard laid down the third fastest lap in his time trial group before placing second in his heat race behind Chris Madden. On Saturday evening at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the Tennessee Tipoff, Cade posted a third-place finish in his heat, which positioned him ninth on the starting grid for the $12,000-to-win finale. Falling short of a Top-10 finish, Dillard slipped back to a 21st place outing in the 60-lap affair.

Cade sits in eighth in the latest World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series point standings.
